Garlic Butter Pasta

Here’s an amazing and delicious way to serve your pasta! It feels a little fancy to me!!

  • 4 ounces spaghetti pasta dry
  • 1 teaspoon light olive oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine ICBINB
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley


  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside
  • Heat a small pan over medium heat
  • Add oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes
  • Add margarine and allow it to melt
  • Toss pasta and parsley into the sauce
  • Top with parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste
