Immunity Protein Smoothie

Start your day with vitamins, herbs and minerals with built immune plus! It provides an incredibly strong defense for your immune system, which we all need right now. The flavors are absolutely insane and include options such as root beer float (how cool?!). I chose pomegranate green apple today for some added fruity flavors in my protein fruit smoothie. It was perfect!

After basically 95% of my followers recommended this protein powder, I decided to give it a shot. It has collagen in it too, really good for your hair and nails. I didn’t notice the taste at all. It helped keep me full until lunch as well. I’ll link it below! There are different sizes and supplement options that look amazing too. This is just the one I got.

I usually use the large bags of frozen fruit from Costco. But they end up sitting in my freezer for years as I don’t make smoothies all that often. This time I switched it up and grabbed a smaller bag from Publix. I used the Dole fruit and veggies – berries n kale frozen smoothie mix for this recipe. There were mainly just strawberries and bananas, as you need see from the light pink color of the smoothie. I would have added some fresh spinach or more kale if I had known it would be lacking the veggies. But it still tasted really good and I know for next time.

I used nonfat greek yogurt in this too. It adds more protein and makes the smoothie creamy!

Servings 1 smoothie


  • 3/4 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Built Immunity+
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 3/4 cups frozen fruit
  • 1/8 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt


  • Place almond milk, Built Immunity+ and protein powder in a blender. Stir a little so the powders do not end up sticking to the blender
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
  • Add more or less almond milk if needed

***I absolutely refuse to count fruit in a smoothie considering I only drink one every few months. With the added immunity and protein, it really fills me up too. (No one tell the WW police) If you want to count the fruit, add 3 points, which isn't that bad!!
