Summer Berry Salad

Nothing says summer more than a berry fruit salad. The dressing is a sweet, cilantro and lime coating that is perfect touch for this summer salad.

Ingredients
 

  • 6 ounces blueberries small container
  • pound strawberries ⅔ of a normal container
  • 1 apple red

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons agave five
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  • Chop/mince the cilantro. In a large bowl, combine the cilantro, lime, agave, and garlic salt. 
  • Cut the strawberries and apple up into bite-sized pieces. Add those, and the blueberries, to the bowl with the dressing, tossing to coat. 
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to form together.
