Start by marinating the chicken. Fork up the chicken a little to allow the marinade to penetrate the chicken. Combine all the ingredients, including the chicken, into a baggie or a covered dish and set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Once ready to cook, heat a large pan over medium high heat.
Add all of the ingredients, including the chicken and marinade, into the pan. Bring the marinade to a simmer and allow it to simmer for four minutes.
Flip the chicken over and continue cooking for another four minutes. Continue simmering until the chicken is fully cooked. At this point, the marinade should be gone as well.
