Cook pasta according to the package directions, drain well and set aside
Heat a large pan on the stove over medium/high heat, greased with cooking spray.
Place minced garlic in the pan and cook for one minute, then, add in the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 more minutes.
Add ground chicken, breaking it apart while cooking. Once slightly broken up, season with the seasonings then cook until it is fully cooked, all the pink is gone.
Reduce heat to a medium / medium-low.
Pour in the taco sauce, stirring to combine. Then, add in the shredded cheese and mix until fully melted.
Remove from heat and add pasta back in, tossing to combine, then add in yogurt and salsa con queso and stir everything together.
