Ingredients
 

Cooking the Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 spaghetti squash large
  • cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt

Cooking the Chicken

  • 1 pound ground chicken breast
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Making the Alfredo

  • 4 laughing cow cheese wedges garlic
  • basil

Instructions

Cooking the Spaghetti Squash

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Slice spaghetti squash in half, longwise. Remove the seeds and the core
  • Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with the garlic salt
  • Place on a greased baking tray, cut side down. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until skin is soft to the touch.
  • Alternatively, place, cut side down, on a microwave safe dish and take a fork and carefully fork up the skin. Microwave for about 10 minutes, until the skin is slightly soft to the touch
  • Once cooked, fork up the insides of the squash
  • Add in the laughing cow cheese wedges and toss to combine and melt the cheese.

Making the Chicken

  • Heat a large pan over medium high heat, greased with cooking spray
  • Once heated, add chicken and brown both sides for about two minutes.
  • Start breaking up the chicken and sprinkle on the seasonings.
  • Continue to break up the chicken and mix in the seasonings as the chicken cooks.
  • Once chicken is fully cooked, place over the spaghetti squash and top with more basil.
