Slice spaghetti squash in half, longwise. Remove the seeds and the core
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with the garlic salt
Place on a greased baking tray, cut side down. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until skin is soft to the touch.
Alternatively, place, cut side down, on a microwave safe dish and take a fork and carefully fork up the skin. Microwave for about 10 minutes, until the skin is slightly soft to the touch
Once cooked, fork up the insides of the squash
Add in the laughing cow cheese wedges and toss to combine and melt the cheese.
Making the Chicken
Heat a large pan over medium high heat, greased with cooking spray
Once heated, add chicken and brown both sides for about two minutes.
Start breaking up the chicken and sprinkle on the seasonings.
Continue to break up the chicken and mix in the seasonings as the chicken cooks.
Once chicken is fully cooked, place over the spaghetti squash and top with more basil.
