- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar replacement
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup sugar free BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar replacement
Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl.
Pat dry the pork tenderloin and sprinkle all sides with the seasonings, pressing down to really get the seasonings in.
Add pork tenderloin to the crock pot.
Add the BBQ, honey mustard and brown sugar to the top of the pork, swirling together to combine.
Cook on low for an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
Let rest for 10 minutes then slice into 12 equal sized pieces.
