Air Fryer Chicken Tenderloins

I made these chicken tenderloins in the air fryer with a buffalo BBQ sauce to create a super delicious glazing on the outside.

  • 1.25 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ cup sugar free BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce


  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees. Grease your air fryer with cooking spray.
  • Combine the BBQ sauce and buffalo sauce together in a small bowl. 
  • Season the chicken tenderloins with seasoned salt, on both sides. Brush on a generous amount of the sauce to both sides of the chicken tenderloins.
  • Place in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip the chicken over and brush with any remaining sauce. Air fry again for 5-6 minutes, or until fully cooked. 
  • You can also make these in the oven. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Repeat the same steps to season and sauce the chicken. Place chicken on a greased baking tray. Cook chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
