Cut tenderloins into bite size pieces
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, mixing to combine
Roll each chicken piece in the mixture to lightly coat and set aside on a clean plate
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
Place coated chicken in the air fryer and air fry for 1 minute. Pull the tray out and spray chicken with cooking spray (I prefer Pam butter flavor). Air fry for another 3 minutes
Pull the tray out and flip the chicken over. Spray again with cooking spray and air fry for another 4-5 minutes, until fully cooked
Or bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway. Or cook on the stove with 1 teaspoon of light olive oil
