  • 16 ounces chicken tenderloins
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Cut chicken up into bite-sized pieces, about one inch by one inch. Sprinkle on all of the seasonings and toss to coat. 
  • Air fry at 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Open the air fryer and spray the chicken with cooking spray. Air fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken pieces then spray again with cooking spray. Air fry for another 5 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
