In a small bowl, combine sour cream, parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning and the remaining seasonings. Stir well to combine.
Slather the sour cream mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
Place crackers in a zip-loc bag and crush up as best as you can. Sprinkle evenly over each chicken.
Set the chicken cutlets on a greased baking tray. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until fully cooked. Cooking time depends on how thick your chicken is and how well your oven cooks.
