- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar replacement
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepepr
- ½ cup sugar free BBQ sauce
- 1.5 pounds pork butt
- ⅛ cup broth chicken
Combine all seasonings in a small bowl, mixing together.
Pat pork butt dry and press seasonings into the pork butt, on all sides.
Place in your slow cooker, pour the broth around the pork and cook on low for 4.5-5 hours then shred. It should hit 200-205 degrees when done.
