Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar replacement
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepepr
  • ½ cup sugar free BBQ sauce
  • 1.5 pounds pork butt
  • cup broth chicken

Instructions

  • Combine all seasonings in a small bowl, mixing together.
  • Pat pork butt dry and press seasonings into the pork butt, on all sides.
  • Place in your slow cooker, pour the broth around the pork and cook on low for 4.5-5 hours then shred. It should hit 200-205 degrees when done.
