Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

- 1 pound chicken thighs 3 pieces, bone-in
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon light margarine ICBINB
- 4 cloves minced garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle the garlic salt over both sides of the chicken thighs.
Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add the margarine and minced garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add the chicken thighs and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Move then around a little to absorb all of the margarine.
Transfer to a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until fully cooked.
Top with herbs.
