You all asked for more Greek recipes and I am happy to oblige! These are my Greek chicken meatballs and they pack such a punch. They are drizzled with my greek yogurt tzatziki sauce which brings in so much more flavor.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl, stirring together. Store in the fridge while the meatballs cook to allow the flavors to form together.
Greek Chicken Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking tray with cooking spray.
Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl.
Scoop out 20 equal sized meatballs onto the baking tray. It is about 1 heaping tablespoon each.
Bake for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Be sure the chicken is fully cooked.
