Keto Chicken Nuggets
You can make low carb, keto friendly chicken nuggets with just some cheese, ground chicken and egg! Then, just air fry them to a crispy perfection. This is one of the easiest dinners to make and is a fan favorite for everyone in the family.

16 ounces ground chicken breast 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning 1 tablespoon garlic powder ½ tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 2 tablespoons liquid egg whites 1 egg ⅓ cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs optional
Start by preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees and greasing the air fryer rack with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the egg and cheese, making sure to mix thoroughly well.
Add the egg and cheese and mix together again very well.
Form the mixture into 18 equal sized patties, about ⅛ cup each. Use your hand to make them into circles or different shapes.
Air fry for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
