Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup fat-free half and half
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda optional

Instructions

  • All you need to do is add all the ingredients to a bowl, mason jar, or something similar, and stir together. I love putting everything into a mason jar so I can close up the lid and shake it together. 
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge and give it a shake or stir before using.
  • If the coconut cream is chunky, blend or mix it together very well to form an even liquid. However, the next day, you may need to stain the mixture if the coconut cream is too chunky.
