This air fryer crispy sweet corn recipe is roasted to perfection and tastes just like the Wingstop cajun fried corn. I think I definitely found the secret to making the best and easiest corn, and that is in the air fryer.
Then, cut up the ears of corn. Cut off the skinny ends, you want to make sure the corn is pretty even in width to cook evenly. Then cut the remaining corn in half. You will get two good pieces of corn per ear.
Spray the corn with cooking spray, then air fry for about 13 minutes, or until your desired crispiness. Every 5 minutes, flip and spray the corn with more cooking spray.
Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a medium sized pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until it reaches a nice golden color, about 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the seasonings, mixing to combine.
Once the corn is done, add it to the pan and toss the pieces in the butter sauce. Serve with ranch and enjoy!
