Homemade Healthy Ranch

You know how whenever you go to a restaurant and their ranch just tastes SO MUCH BETTER. I mean come on, Ranch is already way too many points to eat a ton of it. But don’t you worry… I have the ultimate ranch sauce for you. Healthy and delicious! Oh, and ZERO POINTS!!

  • 3 tablespoons plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and store in the fridge for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to form together
