Cut into wedges or French fry shapes. Be sure to make all the pieces even by cutting off any skinny portions. This way, they will cook evenly.
Add the fries to a large boil. Then, fill with cold water and ice. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. This step may be optional; however, I think it really makes the fries have the best texture!
After the 30 minutes, dump out the water and dry the potatoes as much as possible. Drizzle the oil over the potatoes, tossing to coat. Then, sprinkle on the seasoned salt, tossing to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees. Add the fries into the basket. Try not to overcrowd the basket or let the potatoes touch. This will ensure they are cooked well and evenly.
Air fry for 10 minutes. Then, spray the fries with cooking spray and toss to flip them all over. Air fry for another 10 minutes or until desired wellness is reached.
