Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs

These chicken thighs are seasoned to perfection, brushed with BBQ sauce and baked in the oven for a golden and delicious flavor.

Ingredients
 

  • 6 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup sugar free BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 
  • Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Then, place an oven safe rack on top. I use this one. Be sure the spray the rack with cooking spray. 
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Then, drizzle olive oil over them and rub to coat. Sprinkle the seasonings on the chicken and rub to evenly distribute them. 
  • Then, place the chicken thighs on the rack, skin side up. Brush with the BBQ sauce. Cook for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
  • Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispier top.
