Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Then, place an oven safe rack on top. I use this one. Be sure the spray the rack with cooking spray.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Then, drizzle olive oil over them and rub to coat. Sprinkle the seasonings on the chicken and rub to evenly distribute them.
Then, place the chicken thighs on the rack, skin side up. Brush with the BBQ sauce. Cook for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispier top.
