However, you do want to make sure you grab a meat thermometer to know exactly when the chicken is done.
How Long to Cook Chicken Thighs

However, if you want to use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, they will take about 40 minutes.
Recommended Sauces and Seasonings

However, if you like things spicy, substitute the sauce with some hot sauce. But, you can also add cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, or any other spicy seasonings to turn up the heat.
If you prefer, you can leave out the sauce all together. The chicken thighs will still be delicious from the seasonings. However, you can also squeeze a little lemon juice on top for a fresh flavor.
I also like to make these Mexican style with some fajita seasonings and a squeeze of lime juice. These are perfect to slice up for tacos!
how to store leftovers
Be sure to let the chicken cool to room temperature. Then, place chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
To store the chicken for over three days, place each piece of chicken in a plastic baggie. Then, put in the freezer for up to three months.
