Delicata Squash

Ingredients
 

  • 1 delicata squash
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • slice delicata into rings, then slice each ring in half to make half-moon shapes
  • spray with cooking spray (I prefer Pam Butter) then sprinkle with the salt. Toss to evenly coat
  • air fry at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes or bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes
