Takeout Tuesday never ends on Allie Carte! This recipe is all over the internet but I put my little spin on it and I was highly impressed! I also added a slightly spicy sauce drizzle to the top that really made the meal!! It was the perfect meal prep for the week
heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium/high heat
add minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until fragrant
add sliced green onions and diced red onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until slightly soft
add the ground chicken and begin to break up while cooking. Add the seasonings and continue to break up and mix while cooking
once almost cooked (once almost all the pink is gone), add the sriracha, sweet chili and soy sauce and bring to a slight simmer while the chicken finishes cooking
once chicken is completely cooked, add the coleslaw package and mix together
bring the heat down to medium/low and cook for another 5 minutes, for coleslaw to soften
meanwhile, add all the sauce ingredients together and drizzle evenly over each serving
