Honey Roasted Carrots
If you are looking for the best side dish, look no further. These are my garlic and honey glazed roasted carrots, which is the only side dish you will ever need! They make eating vegetables so fun and will be the talk of your whole family.

1 pound baby carrots 1 tablespoon olive oil ⅛ cup honey 5 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and line a baking tray with aluminum foil. I like to spray it with a little cooking spray.
Pour the carrots into a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the carrots and toss to evenly coat.
Add the remaining ingredients (garlic, garlic salt and honey) and toss to evenly coat.
Add the carrots to the baking tray, in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
For a sweeter dish, drizzle another tablespoon or two of honey over the carrots when they are done roasting.
