Ingredients
 

  • 8 ounces extra lean ground beef 96%
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and throughly mix everything together until evenly combined.
  • Divide into 8 equal sized pieces and roll together into a ball.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
