Up close and personal with these Italian beef meatballs. They are garlic-y and herby and oh so delicious!
- 8 ounces extra lean ground beef 96%
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon reduced fat parmesan cheese grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and throughly mix everything together until evenly combined.
- Divide into 8 equal sized pieces and roll together into a ball.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
