If you are like me, you are obsessed with Chick-fil-A. I travel a ton for work so a quick 8-count grilled nugget is my go-to. What are your favorite sauces? My usual is the honey roasted BBQ (tastes like the chickfila sauce but healthier). However, my guilty pleasure is definitely the Polynesian. I just really think it is too oily to really enjoy a lot of it.
So, here we have it, COPYCAT CHICK-FIL-A POLYNESIAN SAUCE. Tastes like the real deal but better since it is not as thick and oily as the classic. I did a comparison and even tried it with some real chickfila and it really held up!
Did you know that one little packet at Chick-fil-A is SIX weight watchers points. No no no thank you! Mine is only 1 point for about 2.5 tablespoons and that is definitley more feasible for me.
Make sure you pair this with any of my copycat Chick-fil-A dishes... I have nuggets, sandwiches, other sauces.
For this recipe, I use this agave stuff that is a good replacement for corn syrup and honey in pretty much anything that you need. Plus, it is really good to sweeten a margarita! Grab some on amazon to make this recipe.
Also, you can use corn syrup if you don’t want to use this!
Anyways, I think you are here to make some Polynesian sauce so let's make some Polynesian sauce. It makes a little over 6 tablespoons but I just say it makes 3 servings at a little more than 2 tablespoons per serving.
