Ingredients
 

  • 5 chicken cutlets about 4 ounces each
  • 5 tablespoons pesto sauce

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees and lining a baking tray with cooking spray. 
  • Spread the pesto sauce on all sides of the chicken breast cutlets, about 1 tablespoon each.
  • Place on the greased baking tray. Bake for 15-16 minutes, flipping halfway. Be sure the chicken is fully cooked before removing it from the oven. 
  • I also love drizzling some balsamic vinegar over the chicken; however, it is not necessary.
