Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Pound of chicken cutlets with the back of a spoon or roll them out until thin
Season both sides of each chicken cutlet evenly with the seasonings
Spread ⅛ cup of ricotta cheese on each chicken cutlet. Top each with two slices of bacon and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese
Roll the chicken cutlets up and place on a greased baking tray with the end down so it stays together
Add 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on top of each piece of chicken
Bake for 15 minutes or until completely cooked
