Ingredients
 

  • 8 yukon gold potatoes 10 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon rosemary

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, if desired, and spray with cooking spray.
  • Make sure the potatoes are thoroughly washed and dried. Then, cut the potatoes up into bite-sized, even, pieces.
  • Add cut potatoes to a large bowl and drizzle with the truffle oil, tossing to evenly coat. Sprinkle on the remaining seasonings and toss to evenly coat. 
  • Add the potatoes to the baking tray and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until desired wellness. Be sure to flip the potatoes halfway through, or three times if starting to get too browned.
