Have you ever heard of a nonfat, ice cream free milkshake?? Well now you have!! I’ve cut down the points DRASTICALLY without removing any of that great milkshake taste or texture. I could sip on these all the time. Who’s with me!!
Whipped cream not included and honestly I’m not a whipped cream fan, it was just pretty for the photo. But you can use a little sugar free whipped cream for zero points!

Healthy Milkshake

Ingredients
Boozy Milkshake
- ⅓ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons Splenda
- 1.5 ounces vodka 1 shot (Tito's is my preference)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Regular Vanilla Milkshake
- ¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- ½ tablespoon sugar free syrup Jordan's Skinny Syrups (vanilla or other flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more or less ice as desired
