Crunchy Crack Broccoli… the name just speaks for itself! It has become my nightly vegetable and I cannot get enough. It’s crunchy and addicting πŸ˜‰

Crunchy Crack Broccoli

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar replacement Swerve
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
  • Chop broccoli up into bite sized pieces and place on the aluminum foil. Spray liberally with cooking spray. Add sugar to the broccoli and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and salt (if you would like to add some oil and points into your day, sub the cooking spray for a teaspoon of light olive oil)
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until soft (stirring halfway). Turn off the oven and let the broccoli set for 5 minutes
