Ingredients
 

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar replacement Swerve
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
  • Chop broccoli up into bite sized pieces and place on the aluminum foil. Spray liberally with cooking spray. Add sugar to the broccoli and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and salt (if you would like to add some oil and points into your day, sub the cooking spray for a teaspoon of light olive oil)
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until soft (stirring halfway). Turn off the oven and let the broccoli set for 5 minutes
