Chicken Katsu Tacos combine everything you love into one amazing dish. Fried chicken, topped with coleslaw and a semi-sweet special sauce! I served them in three mission corn tortillas (for three additional points).

Chicken Katsu Tacos
Ingredients
Chicken Ingredients
- 16 ounces chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¾ cup flour
Cabbage Slaw Ingredients
- 2 cups green cabbage thinly sliced
- ½ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Katsu Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar free ketchup (G Hughes brand)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar replacement (Swerve brand)
Instructions
- Slice chicken up into thin slices. In a bowl, stir together chicken seasonings and flour. Coat each chicken piece in the flour. Place in a greased air fryer and fry at 400 degrees for 1 minute. Spray chicken with cooking spray then fry for another 3 minutes. Flip chicken over, spray with cooking spray and cook for another 4 minutes, until fully cooked (or bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway)
- In a large bowl, combine slaw ingredients. In another bowl, combine sauce ingredients
- Divide ingredients up evenly into four servings
