Carrot Bacon Ingredients
- 3 whole california carrots large
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar replacement (Swerve brand)
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/16 teaspoon paprika
Sauce Ingredients
- â…› cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- â…› teaspoon dill weed
- â…› teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- wash, peel and chop the ends off all of the carrots. Slice each of the carrots up completely with a peeler or mandolin. The strips should be about an â…› inch thick for them to not burn
- add the remaining carrot bacon ingredients to a large bowl and stir together to dissolve the sugar. Add in peeled carrots and toss to evenly coat. Do not throw out remaining sauce, if any
- place carrots in a greased air fryer and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Place carrots back into the bowl and coat with the remaining sauce. Air fry again, at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
- while the carrots cook, combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl. Store in the fridge to allow the flavors to form together
