There is this amazing sushi/bowl place near me that makes the best rice bowls ever! I decided to create a healthier version for my meal prep this week and it may be my best one yet! It is basically rice, teriyaki chicken, yum yum sauce, sweet chili sauce, lots of green onions and a sprinkle of cheese! It reheats so well and is so delicious.
Here is everything that I used
I made four servings of everything, then added 1 tablespoon of the G Hughes sweet thai chili sauce and reduced fat cheese, plus all the green onions in the world.
