This is the perfect sauce for anything taco related! Great for dipping, topping off tacos or rice bowls. Use mild, medium or hot salsa depending on what you like.

- ½ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon low sodium taco seasonings
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl in store in the fridge for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to form together
