Baked Ranch Chicken with Bacon

Creamy, cheese chicken, topped with bacon! What could be better! Delicious, juicy chicken covered in ranch-y cheese is on the meal plan tonight. This was so amazing and how many times can I say it, so cheesy!! A must make.

Baked Ranch Chicken with Bacon

Ingredients
 

  • 4 chicken cutlets 4 ounces each
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 ounces ⅓ less fat cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup reduced fat, part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices fully cooked bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Season both sides of each chicken cutlet, evenly, with the onion and garlic powder
  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, Ranch, salt, pepper and paprika, stirring to completely combine
  • Place chicken cutlets on a greased baking tray
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture, evenly, onto each chicken breast
  • Top each chicken cutlet with ⅛ cup shredded cheese and one piece of bacon
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fully cooked
